Fuzzy Space – Tufting Workshop Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all participants (“Participant,” “You,” or “Your”) attending an in-person tufting workshop (“Workshop”) hosted by Fuzzy Space (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By registering for a Workshop, You agree to the following:

1. Workshop Participation

1. Participants must be at least 16 years old unless otherwise approved in writing by Fuzzy Space.

2. You agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and procedures provided by the instructor at all times.

3. Fuzzy Space reserves the right to remove any Participant who behaves in a way that endangers themselves, others, or studio property, without refund.

2. Safety & Liability Waiver

1. Tufting involves the use of powered tufting guns, sharp tools, adhesives, and other equipment. By participating, You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks.

2. You agree that You are in suitable health to participate in physical activities required for tufting, including standing for periods of time, repetitive movements, and operating mechanical tools.

3. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Workshop, including injury, equipment malfunction, allergic reactions (such as to wool or adhesives), or damage to personal belongings.

4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, You release and hold harmless Fuzzy Space, its owners, instructors, and representatives from any liability for:

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Loss, theft, or accidents

• Any other claims arising from Your participation

5. You agree to immediately inform the instructor of any unsafe conditions, injuries, or equipment concerns during the Workshop.

3. Non-Refundable & Cancellation Policy

1. All bookings are non-refundable.

2. If You cancel, do not attend, or arrive more than 20 minutes late, no refund or credit will be issued.

3. You may request one reschedule if You contact Us at least 48 hours beforeYour scheduled Workshop time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

4. No rescheduling is permitted within 48 hours of the Workshop.

5. Fuzzy Space reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Workshop due to illness, emergency, or insufficient enrollment. In the unlikely event that We cancel, You will receive either:

• A full refund or

• The option to transfer to a future Workshop date

4. Artwork & Materials

1. All materials used in the Workshop (frames, yarn, cloth, tools, backing, etc.) are included unless otherwise noted.

2. Your completed piece will be finished and ready for pickup or shipping within the timeline provided during the Workshop.

3. Floor Fetish retains the right to photograph Your work or workshop participation for promotional use unless You opt out in writing prior to the Workshop.

5. Personal Belongings

Fuzzy Space is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.

6. Photo & Video Release

By participating, You grant Fuzzy Space permission to use photos or videos taken during the Workshop for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.

If You do not wish to be photographed, please notify the instructor at check-in.

7. Studio Rules

1. No outside tools or tufting guns are permitted unless approved in writing.

2. Closed-toe shoes are required.

3. No alcohol or substances that impair functioning may be used before or during the Workshop.

4. Children, pets, and unregistered visitors are not permitted in the workshop area for safety reasons.

8. Agreement

By registering for a Fuzzy Space Tufting Workshop, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
